Krušnohor Mountain Ale Winter Edition 14° / packaging of beers
When we were thinking about which beer would be suitable for a slower sip in winter and which also had a somewhat festive character, we thought of Belgian ales. We chose their somewhat unconventional concept and cooked it as a Belgian variant of the IPA style. We brewed the beer partly from Belgian monk malt, which gives it a nice biscuit aroma and taste, and hopped it with an American-German hop mixture, which also gave it a pleasant flowery scent and a gentle bitterness. Our new winter beer is fermented by a Belgian yeast strain at higher temperatures. Thanks to this you will find a little plum aroma and a small clove, which perfectly complement the biscuit taste of used malt and floral aromas of aromatic hops.
